Prerequisites: User will need a Common Access Card (CAC) or other approved Department of Defense (DoD) External Certificate Authority (ECA) token.

• Follow the New Account Guide instructions to fill out the form with requested information and submit: New Account Guide.

Request Access to SEWOL:

Prerequisites: Valid Platform 1 Account.

• Open this website in Platform 1 once access is attained for further SEWOL access instructions.
• For IL5 access you will either need to be on a workstation connected to NIPRNet or have a machine configured with AppGate.
